Q: How soon can I start my sessions with Coach Michelle?

Q: Where would my coaching sessions take place?

All clients get to choose what works best for them. Coach Michelle is available to coach in-person, via Skype® over the internet or via telephone. Your coaching sessions will be tailored to your preference, your schedule and current location. The only requirement is that you are in an undisturbed environment that will allow you to maximize your allotted time with Coach Michelle. All coaching sessions locations must be established at least 48-hours in advance of the next scheduled appointment.

Q: How long are coaching sessions?

Coaching sessions are available for 60 minutes, 90 minutes and 120 minutes. Depending on the project you wish to ‘tackle’ during your coaching time, this will determine which coaching package will best suit your needs.

Q: Are my coaching sessions kept confidential?

Absolutely! All sessions are strictly kept between the coach and the client. The only conditions where information would be shared with a third-party would only be at the written-request of the client. Your identity will be kept concealed throughout the coaching relationship and will only be used publicly (such as a website testimonial) with your prior consent.

Q: Are Coach Michelle’s services available to members of my family?

Yes. Current clients who wish to refer individuals to Total Life Changers are welcome to sign up for coaching at anytime without having to go on the ‘wait’ listing.

Q: What can I expect from a coaching session?

Coach Michelle offers a free, 30-minute Trial Session to all potential clients. During this session, how you desire coaching to best serve you and your needs will be clearly defined. From there you will work with Coach Michelle to identify your immediate priorities and establish your specific desired outcomes. This will allow you, the client, the opportunity to become familiar with the coaching process and Coach Michelle’s coaching style. Once the trial session is complete, you will walk away with a clear, concise plan to move forward toward your desired results including setting up your regularly scheduled coaching sessions with Coach Michelle.
